Our legal practice was founded by Daantjie Malan in January 1991, and was then known as Daantjie Malan Attorneys. Daantjie was joined by Thys Lourens in March 1996, who had until then practised for his own account. Leon Viljoen joined the company in February 1999 and became a director in April 2001. After a few name changes, the company is known today as Malan Lourens Viljoen Inc.
Our company operates entirely independently and consequently we have no vested interest in any estate agency, mortgage originator or developer.
The directors are involved in the local community, school- and church councils, charitable organisations and upliftment programs.
